Our twice-a-week Muay Thai Fundamentals class is perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, or experienced students looking to sharpen their technique and timing.

Taught in a structured, progression-based format, this class covers the essential skills, movements, and fight strategies of traditional Muay Thai, with an emphasis on real-world application, control, and flow.

  • Striking Technique & Form
    Master clean, powerful punches, elbows, knees, and kicks — all drilled with proper form and flow.

  • Footwork & Ring Movement
    Learn how to move with purpose, set angles, and stay balanced under pressure.

    Build timing, accuracy, and power through focused drills with partners and coaches.

  • Defensive Skills
    Develop your guard, blocks, parries, and evasive movements to handle attacks with confidence.

    Get introduced to the clinch game: posture, control, knees, and basic sweeps.

    Improve your cardio, coordination, and mental focus — all essential to Muay Thai mastery.

Ready to take your Muay Thai to the next level? Our Competition Training Class is designed for students who have a solid foundation in Muay Thai and are ready to apply their skills in the ring.

This class goes beyond the basics — it focuses on the strategy, mindset, conditioning, and rule-specific techniques required to perform under real fight conditions. Whether you’re preparing for an amateur bout, smoker event, or sanctioned competition, this class will sharpen your tools and your mentality.

  • Ring Craft & Fight IQ
    Learn how to control space, cut off the ring, and use angles to your advantage.

  • Offensive and Defensive Fight Strategies
    Develop real-time combinations, setups, and counterattacks that translate to live competition.

  • Clinch for Competition
    Train for maximum control, knee effectiveness, balance disruption, and scoring inside the clinch.

  • Conditioning for 3-5 Round Fights
    Build fight-ready cardio with pad drills, bag work, and live situational sparring.

  • Sparring with Purpose
    Engage in technical sparring that simulates fight tempo, with coaching feedback on timing, control, and decision-making.

  • Fight Preparation & Cornering Guidance

⚠️ Requirements:

  • Completion of foundational Muay Thai classes (or instructor approval)

  • Mouthguard, shin guards, gloves, and groin protection required

  • Sparring experience highly recommended
