Step into the world of Muay Thai, the "Art of 8 Limbs," where every part of your body becomes a weapon — fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our twice-a-week Muay Thai Fundamentals class is perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, or experienced students looking to sharpen their technique and timing.

Taught in a structured, progression-based format, this class covers the essential skills, movements, and fight strategies of traditional Muay Thai, with an emphasis on real-world application, control, and flow.


🧠 What You’ll Learn:

  • Striking Technique & Form
    Master clean, powerful punches, elbows, knees, and kicks — all drilled with proper form and flow.

  • Footwork & Ring Movement
    Learn how to move with purpose, set angles, and stay balanced under pressure.

  • Padwork & Bag Work
    Build timing, accuracy, and power through focused drills with partners and coaches.

  • Defensive Skills
    Develop your guard, blocks, parries, and evasive movements to handle attacks with confidence.

  • Clinch Basics
    Get introduced to the clinch game: posture, control, knees, and basic sweeps.

  • Conditioning & Discipline
    Improve your cardio, coordination, and mental focus — all essential to Muay Thai mastery.
